Overview - Axoria v1.0.0

Welcome to the official documentation for Axoria - a modern SaaS project management platform built for software teams that need organization, traceability, and efficient workflows.

What is Axoria?

Axoria is a project management platform inspired by Jira and ClickUp, designed to be both powerful and accessible. With it, teams can:

  • Organize and track tasks, bugs, and features in one place
  • Visualize progress through Kanban boards, tables, and calendars
  • Customize workflows without relying on a system administrator
  • Collaborate in real time with precise role-based access control

Platform Architecture

Axoria is organized in hierarchical layers:

Level Description
Organization Root space that groups projects and members
Project Where work happens - board, backlog, workflow
Issue The unit of work: task, bug, story, epic, etc.
Sprint A timebox for working on a defined set of issues

Key Features

Project Management

Create projects with a unique key (e.g., AXR), type, visibility, and independent settings. Each project has its own board, members, and workflow.

Dynamic Boards

Three view modes available in each project:

  • Kanban - columns with drag-and-drop
  • Table - compact analytical view
  • Calendar - issues organized by due date

Configurable Workflow

Define custom statuses and transitions for each project:

To Do → In Progress → In Review → Done

Multiple Assignees

Assign multiple people to the same issue. All assignees receive notifications and are visible on the board.

Role-Based Permissions

Two levels of access control:

  • Organization: OWNER, ADMIN, MEMBER, GUEST
  • Project: PROJECT_ADMIN, DEVELOPER, REPORTER, VIEWER

Import / Export

Import issues in bulk via CSV or Excel. Export reports for external analysis.

Requirements

  • An Axoria account (public email provider, e.g., Gmail, Outlook)
  • Membership in an active organization
  • The appropriate role in the project you want to access

Getting Started

  1. Create an account with email and password
  2. Create or be invited to an Organization
  3. Create or join a Project
  4. Start working on the Board
